In 1996, our young family packed our bags and went to Italy to learn the art of gelato manufacturing. We returned to the City of Festivals and started vending at various summer festivals and have never looked back.
In 2008, we continued to follow our passion and opened our caffé and catering operation in downtown Edmonton. We tumble roast our fresh, premium signature arabica coffee beans and our culinary team proudly serves our catering clients with our creative and tasty inspirations.
In June 2019, in pursuit of continuous growth, our caffé on wheels was born! Once again, we traveled to Italy to consult with experts in the food trailer industry in order to bring that unique experience back to Edmonton. We launched our new European-designed, state-of-the-art, mobile food trailer. Our team is excited to combine our food experience and travels to share our favourites with you!
